*Purchaser can only have one referral source. In the event purchaser has a Realtor, homeowner referral is not applicable. Homeowner referral form must be filled out and turned in with purchaser’s purchase agreement. Referrals will not be accepted after purchase agreements are submitted. $1,000 Association Dues go directly to the HOA in your name after the buyer that you referred closes on their home.
