20th Century was founded in 1981 by Thomas and Doreen Riebe with a commitment to providing homebuyers with exceptional quality homes at affordable prices.

Today, daughters, Lori and Allison, along with sons-in-law, Jeff Smul and Chris Mulchin, continue this legacy by working hand in hand with customers in building the home of their dreams.
